It takes a meaningful experience to inspire someone to pause, reflect, and put their gratitude into words. We’re deeply honored when students take the time to share what their practice with Mixed Wellness Arts has meant to them.
Here are a few words from the people who make this community what it is.
I’m truly grateful to have met Tre' as a Qigong teacher. His guidance has had a real impact on my wellbeing and on how I connect with my body.
Through Qigong, I’ve learned to create space to feel and work with tension and blockages in my body. The practice feels like a realignment of mind and body—allowing things that were meant to flow to flow again. It’s also a kind of remembering, through movement and staying present with the sensations that arise.
Tre' is a deeply attentive and inspiring teacher. He creates a space where you can explore the practice with awareness and without force. He is honestly one of the best teachers I’ve met so far, and I’m very grateful for everything I’ve learned from him.

My PSOAS has been on fire for the last week in a way I’ve not experienced for a long time. Including during our session yesterday.
The combination of acupressure massage, a little monkey plays on the ground, the peacock looks at the tail, and general movement and breath we flowed through during class was so effective and powerful. The fire sensation has eased massively, to almost completely gone!
Feels wonderful to not be connected to that pain from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. Liberation, peace and space in my body again.
Power to the monkeys and peacocks! Such a great community and love that I can jump into classes from home and still feel the energy of being with one another.
With much love 🤍

Coach Tre is a wonderful guide and teacher. The practices he has shown me have had a huge impact on my energy levels, physical strength and all around mood. The combination of the ancient practices of Qi Gong, Tao Yin and Tai Chi are deeply nourishing and have become a daily practice in my life. I am very grateful to Coach Tre' for his wisdom, patience and joyful way by which he has brought me into alignment and well being in my body, mind and energy. This is a very valuable practice.

Coach Tre' is an excellent instructor. I’ve studied martial arts on and off for almost 20 years and I’m picky about who I train under. This mentorship has been a guiding light through my psyche, my Qi Gong practice, and my passion for rock climbing. Tre' weaves everything together so it is simple, applicable, and impactful. I’ve been a personal success mentor for the past five years and when I say I’m picky, I’m picky. Tre's The Man. Thank you Sir!
